Tone and Tighten
Tone and Tighten your body from head to toe using hand weights, bands, balls and platforms. Toning exercises, which may include occasional Barre exercises are set to great music for a fun class. All levels and ages welcomed.
Total Body Strength
Resistance training series using a variety of props for a total body workout.
Cardio
Instructor will lead you through a of series of exercises to elevate the heart rate. Exercises could include Step, Kickbox, Low, etc.
Intervals
Burst of high intensity of work alternated with periods of rest or low activity.
Strength
Variety of props used (bars, dumbbells, medicine balls, stability balls and tubing) to tone and strengthen the body.
Barre Cardio & Strength
This class starts with vertical core/barre work to target hip/glute complex and enhance balance and posture, followed by light weight/high rep toning for the arms, upper back and shoulders, finishing with mat work using light, handheld weights and a small ball. Bare feet encouraged however shoes or sticky socks can be worn.
Brain And Body
For our active aging members- Enjoy movement, games and drills that will help improve brain function, maximize reaction time and enhance left and right brain interactions through movement and play.
Core
Resistance exercises challenging core muscle strength. May include Pilates-inspired movement.
30/30
30 minutes each of 2 different styles of classes.
Step & Strength
Step for cardio and strengthen with a variety of props either interval style or as an entire half hour back-to-back non-stop workout. Class is 60 minutes.
Zumba
A fusion of hypnotic Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements to create a one-of-a-kind dance fitness class that will blow you away!
Cycle/Strength
30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio on the bike, followed by 30 minutes of weight training in the aerobics studio.
