Whether you are in our outdoor pool in the summer or indoor pool in the winter, we have Aquatics Group Fitness Classes to keep your blood pumping throughout the seasons.
All of our water aerobics class uses properties of rebound, speed, travel, surface and suspension for a well-balanced water workout. Props, such as noodles and hand weights, may also be used for stability and added resistance. All of our instructors are certified and trained to bring you the best workout possible. Should you have any fitness concerns or questions our staff is here to help; just come to class a little early and talk to the instructor.
