Meet Our Management Team

The management team at our gym is a dedicated group of professionals committed to creating a welcoming, efficient, and results-driven fitness environment. With diverse backgrounds in fitness, business operations, and customer service, they work collaboratively to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, implement innovative programs, and support both staff and members. Their goal is to foster a strong community, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and continuously enhance the overall member experience.

Paul Gillikin – Operations Director

Paul has been with The Sports Center for over 20 years and is best described as the brains behind the operation (and occasionally the brawn too). With a long-standing background in fitness and facility operations, Paul is equal parts problem solver and fitness guru.

He’s the guy who can teach you perfect deadlift form and, in the same breath, rewire a pool pump with his eyes closed. If something breaks, Paul probably already fixed it. Twice.

Craig Smith – Account Manager

Craig is the man behind the screen—our go-to guy for anything and everything billing-related. With more than 15 years of dedication to The Sports Center, Craig keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes so you can enjoy your workouts without a single hiccup.

Wray Hoffmann – Front Desk Manager

Wray has been with The Sports Center for almost 10 years and recently stepped into the role of Front Desk Manager. She’s the first face you’ll see when you walk in and probably the only one wearing a jacket in the middle of July.

Her energy is unmatched, her smile is contagious, and her ability to juggle a hundred tasks with grace makes her the heart of our front desk team.

Brittany Suplicki – Marketing & Communications

Brittany is the voice behind the flyers, emails, and social media that keep our community informed (and occasionally entertained). She handles all things tech and is the go-to for keeping The Sports Center connected and up to speed.

In addition, Brittany is also a certified personal trainer who occasionally convinces someone to pick up something heavy (on purpose). Caffeine, and a sense of humor keep her going.

Tabatha Mann – Group Fitness Director

Tabitha is our group fitness extraordinaire and proud torturer of muscles. Whether she’s leading a high-energy class or designing new ways to make you question your life choices (in the best way), Tabitha brings intensity, motivation, and a whole lot of sweat to the studio.

With years of experience and a passion for helping people push past their limits, she’s the heartbeat of our group fitness program… and the reason you can’t sit down the next day.

Holly Crawford – Administrative Assistant

Holly is the assistant to everyone and the glue that holds the gym together (usually with a snack in hand). Known unofficially as the Snack Queen and officially as the behind-the-scenes powerhouse, Holly keeps things organized, moving, and running smoothly.

From paperwork to problem-solving, she handles it all with calm, kindness, and a stash of granola bars. If it needs to get done, chances are Holly’s already on it.
