Rock Steady Boxing is a powerful, non-contact boxing program designed to help people living with Parkinson’s disease improve their quality of life. Through high-intensity, purposeful exercise in a supportive and safe environment, participants build strength, confidence, and resilience—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With certified coaches guiding each step, Rock Steady empowers individuals to fight back against Parkinson’s and push beyond their perceived limits.

Through an intensive physical exercise plan delivered in a welcoming, safe, and positive environment, our members and caregivers gain confidence and hope, knowing Rock Steady Boxing is helping them maximize their potential mentally, emotionally, and physically.
At Rock Steady Boxing, Parkinson’s disease is the opponent. The exercises vary in purpose and form but share one common trait: they are rigorous and intended to extend the participant’s perceived capabilities.
