Senior Classes

Our Senior classes are thoughtfully designed to keep you active, engaged, and feeling your best by focusing on movement that supports daily living. These classes aim to improve functional mobility, balance, strength, and flexibility in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you prefer the low-impact resistance of water in our Aquatics classes or the community-driven energy of Silver Sneakers, we offer a variety of options tailored to meet different fitness levels and interests. Our goal is to help you stay independent, confident, and connected—while having fun along the way.

Group Cycle

One of our most popular classes and one that fills up quickly is our indoor cycling. These classes are a great way to work your lower body, concentrating on power, speed and endurance. Energetic music in our low-light cycling studio is bound to set the mood for a cardio intense workout. Our indoor cycling classes are fun and intense but also easily modified for first-time cyclists.

Our certified and well-trained cycle instructors can help you get the best workout for your fitness level. If you are new to class or have questions regarding modifications just come to class a few minutes early and speak with the instructor. Sign in at the front desk 15 minutes before class to reserve your bike. First come, first serve basis. Classes are 1 hour.

Group Aquatics

All of our water aerobics class uses properties of rebound, speed, travel, surface and suspension for a well-balanced water workout. Props, such as noodles and hand weights, may also be used for stability and added resistance.

All of our instructors are certified and trained to bring you the best workout possible. Should you have any fitness concerns or questions our staff is here to help; just come to class a little early and talk to the instructor.
